If you are (whether directly or indirectly) properly in receipt of Income Support, Income-Based Jobseekers’ Allowance, Income-Related Employment and Support Allowance, Universal Credit or Guarantee Credit (under section 1(3)(a) of the State Pension Credit Act 2002, you will be eligible for Publicly Funded Mediation (or Legal Aid) but you must bring proof of this and any other state benefit that you receive before you attend an assessment meeting. Your Mediator will assess your eligibility when you come for your appointment but you can check your eligibility for legal aid and here for a more detailed assessment.
If you are not eligible for legal aid, then the mediation fees below apply and each person is responsible only for their own fees.
